Epsilon – Outerplane Character Guide, Build & Equipment

I think I am better equipped than Eva to introduce Epsilon. She was one of the 24 automatons that descended upon the planet, and she was specifically tasked with planetary purification.
In terms of combat capability, she ranks among the most powerful and should be considered a highly dangerous entity. I thought she was permanently deactivated when her internal core was removed, but it seems she's no longer in sleep mode...
I wonder if Ful.Mi.NATION's Field Marshal, Vlada, had a role to play in this? Well, in any case, remember this. Under no circumstances should you ever allow Eva to face Epsilon in combat.

Generates 5 Action Points at the start of turn. Generates 20 Action Points when attacking. Increases Critical Hit Chance by 5%.

- Effect chance, effect duration & cooldown reductions.

Chain passive can be left at level 2 until much later, the Weakness Gauge damage increase at level 5 is the only interesting part, so you can save skill manuals here until the more important skills are taken care of.
