Since the service transfer, we have received a number of inquiries regarding account and transfer code. Please check the detail below if you did not issue or have lost your Service Transfer Code.

๐Ÿ“ฉ How to Submit

1. If you have a STOVE account, please check the [STOVE Transfer Code Confirmation] page.

2. If you are unable to verify your STOVE account but have purchase history, please send a 1:1 inquiry email with the information listed below. We will review the data you provide and assist with recovery to the fullest extent possible.

- Please include as much of the following information as possible:

  1. Server

  2. Nickname

  3. UID

  4. Device & OS Information (e.g., iPhone 14 / iOS 17)

  5. Service Transfer Code (if available)

  6. App Store / Google Play Receipt

- Please provide information based on data prior to the Service Transfer opening on Sept 26.

- The more information you provide, the faster and more accurate our support will be.

- Accounts created as Guest or without any purchase history may not be eligible for recovery, as ownership cannot be verified internally.

- To protect personal information, we will only collect details required for account verification.

- Responses will generally be provided within 3โ€“5 business days, but processing time may vary depending on the accountโ€™s situation.
