6) Refund Requests
- Refund requests are available until the maintenance on September 23 for Masters who do not wish to transfer their VAGames service.

7) How to Apply for a Refund
- You can submit refund applications with recent payment receipts and other required documents
after the maintenance on 9/26 (Fri) until12/21 (Sun)

- The limited festival recruit for Gnosis Nella uses [Limited Recruitment Tickets] and Ether.
ć“Each recruitment consumes either 1 Limited Recruitment Ticket or 150 Ether. - Each Festival Recruitment grants 1 Limited Mileage. You can recruit Gnosis Nella by spending 150 Mileage.
- You can use any remaining Limited Recruitment Tickets after the recruitment period ends for the next Festival Recruitment.4) After the recruitment period ends, any remaining Limited Mileage will not carry over to the next Festival Recruitment Ā Ā Ā and will be converted into Star's Memory. Each Limited Mileage will be converted into 5 Star's Memory.5) New heroes appearing through Festival Recruitment will not have their pieces available in the Pieces ShopĀ Ā Ā or DoppelgƤnger Dungeon.6) Heroes with unique recruit conditions, Stella, Sigma and Demiurge heroes will be excluded from the Festival Recruitment pool.7) The number of hero pieces players receive when they acquire duplicate 3-star heroes that are not eligible Ā Ā Ā for the drop rate up will be increased to 150.3. 4. Season 3 Area 9 Update
- A new Area will be updated with Normal and Hard difficulty.
- Season 3 Normal Area 9 will be unlocked upon clearing Season 3 Normal Area 8.Ā - Season 3 Hard Area 9 will be unlocked upon clearing Season 3 Normal Area 9. - Missions for Stage 9 will be added to Iota's Guide Quest. ć“A total of 11 missions will be added.

5. Event Dungeon [In the Great New World] Reopened
- The event dungeon, [In the Great New World], is available again. Ā
- The lobby mascot purchased during the previous [In the Great New World] event cannot be purchased again.- Even if you already own a lobby mascot, the purchase button in the shop may still appear active.Ā * Please note that each of these items can only be owned once. Avoid making a purchase if you already have one.Ā *Ā If you make an additional purchase while already owning it, we may not be able to provide assistance.Ā
- The mission and dungeon clear history previously played will be deleted, and the achievement rewards for each dungeon,

3) How to UseĀ
- To access the event dungeon, [In the Great New World], tap on the event story banner in the lobby
Ā Ā or select it from the events list under the featured event banner. - You can acquire various rewards by completing missions in the event area. - During the event period, you can acquire special event currency by clearing dungeons in the event area. Ā Ā (Repeat Rewards Available After Initial Clear) - Hard mode will be made available once all of the normal difficulty event dungeons have been successfully cleared. - You can enter the hard mode dungeon up to 20 times per day to earn event currency.Ā 4) Ranked Challenge
- You can enter the Ranked Challenge dungeon during the event period. Ā
Ā You can acquire rewards relative to the rank you've acquired based on the damage dealt. (Available once per day)Ā
5) Event ShopĀ
- You can use [World Fragments] acquired from playing through the [In the Great New World] Dungeon
Ā Ā to exchange for various items.
- You can access the shop during the event.
6) Event Bonus HeroĀ
- Clearing the event dungeon [In the Great New World] with its main character heroes will grant bonus event currency. Ā
(This does not apply to the initial clear rewards and stages cleared with a story team.) Ā Ā

- You will be able to acquire bountiful dungeon clear rewards and mission rewards,

9. Other Changes and Improvements
- Improvements have been made to the skill animation of some Area bosses.

- Fixed an issue where a red dot would appear on the event icon when weekly Monad mission conditions were met
Ā Ā on accounts without the Monad Gate unlocked.- Fixed an issue where the remaining time for event dungeons was incorrectly displayed as 23:59 on the Adventure screen when no event dungeons were active on some accounts.
- Fixed an issue where the skill description of the Elemental Tower (Water) 36F Boss Tamara was displayed
incorrectly compared to its actual mechanics.
ā Correct Description: Has a 100% chance to increase the casterās Priority by 30% when scoring a critical hit.
